Where are the quantitative suggestions?
As it is, you're suggesting that people look for some new valuable
substance that might be someplace, though you don't specify where or
by what specific quantitative signature to look for it.

The bunch spacing is 25 ns.
I'm not sure what you're asking about a pattern. The detectors are
gated to be timed with the bunch crossings.

Bunch spacing is 25 ns, but not all nominal bunches contain protons.
The gaps are for various technical and scientific reasons. There's
one largish gap to give time to sweep the septum magnet during a period
of no beam, when the beam has to be dumped.

But so far, they haven't yet injected more than a single bunch at
a time into the machine, so the bunch spacing is currently about
89us, i.e., one revolution period. The bunch intensity has been 3e9
to 5e9 protons and the bunch length about 4ns.

No, the LHC is two tubes, side by side, with the field
pointing *up* in one and *down* in the other. There's
