You should give such lessons to profanes regularly. Otherwise awful
things happen: Moortel discovers a crucial difference between velocity
and speed (and other profanes apply Moortel's new concept immediately),
Bilge builds an Einsteinian theory of relativity where the principle of
constancy of speed of light is redundant etc.

What amazes medical experts is how the truly brain dead
Sam Wormley can recognize two or three words and post to
usenet.

What surprises me is Tom Roberts' general acceptance of
the nonsense and vitriol of vicious trolls like Uncle Al,
Rage Bilge, Dirk Van de moortel and Bill Hobba.

Roberts has an axe to grind.
He's built his worthless reputation on relativity.

Relativity is inadequately and improperly defended by the
pretentious ignorance of the many relativity zombies that
inhabit this newsgroup (Uncle Al, Rage Bilge, Dirk Van de
moortel and Bill Hobba). I welcome Roberts' teaching the
subject correctly. I also agree with Pentcho: the initiated
should teach the profane properly. Why then is Roberts
amazingly silent when the above-mentioned tolls, which are
widely perceived as knowledgeable, spew their pretentious
ignorance everywhere? Sure, he corrected the brain dead
Sam Wormley but that is in no way an admirable example
of intellectual honesty and courage!

No, it is completely indefensible phuckwittery that an idiot
could see through even if you cannot, nothingimportant.

we establish by definition that the "time" required by a turtle to
travel
from A to B equals the "time" it requires to travel from B to A.

Oops, did I say 'a turtle'? Sorry, I meant 'light', or you'll
be proving nothing can go faster than a turtle with your fucked
up math.

Do you know what a definition is, phuckwit?
It means it is because I say so, IT'S A LAW OF NATURE!!
stamp foot, pound table, how DARE you challenge it!

You are as crazy as Uncle Al, Rage Bilge, Dirk Van de
moortel, Bill Hobba, and George Hammond, you are another
raving lunatic. If you think being polite to people is going to
make any fucking difference you can kiss my arse,
nothingimportant.
Androcles.

It's clear that you have been emotionally harmed by physicists
and epigones who worship Einstein and his archaic approach to
special relativity. The blame doesn't fall on your entirely.

Einstein did indeed propagandize and dupe millions into thinking
that the essence of special relativity is all about his special,
confusing, and lopsided riddles of space and time.

Consider this hypothesis: Physicists strive to teach special
relativity in a way that suggests that modern physics is entirely
irrational and seemingly contradictory. Once that sentiment is
widely accepted by the predominantly unsophisticated mainstream,
it's then equally easy for conspiracy theorists and the
mathematically ignorant masses to imagine otherwise and advocate
the notion that they alone have common sense and that physicists
and their unthinking followers are obviously mistaken and extremely
deluded.
