A few words from the new moderator.

Hello all,

After ten years, Dr. John W. McKelliget has retired from moderating this
newsgroup. That's a long time to moderate a Usenet newsgroup! I'd like to
publicly thank him for his long efforts.

If anyone has any questions or concerns about the moderation of the group,
please feel free to e-mail me at the address in the "From" header. I'll try
to answer or address them as best I can. If you prefer a public response,
simply post them to the group and I will attempt to post a public reply.
