Can anyone construct a macro model which would resemble free electron
photon scattering?

Also what is the behavior of a free electron and photon collision in a
vacuum? Compton scattering seems to always be defined as a supposedly
free electron hovering around an atom being hit by a photon which makes
me wonder if the angle in the Compton formula is not due to the orbitals
the electron is hovering over?

Nowhere that I look clears this up.

about construct the macro model i suggest you try to use a object
paradigm software language,
there are many and with free compilers, java, c#, smalltalk

Object oriented software design and programing is the best tool for
build a simulation reflecting know facts and abstracting what isnt
important.
