it is more direction controlled
if you see my abstract you see that particles are very
geometric defined:
for instance
most particles has two poles
THAT ARE NOT IDENTICAL that makes them poles !!..
those particles are longish
ie they should collide efficiently along their
longitudinal axis
in a plasma you dont have a control on the direction of the
particles-- they rotate like mad
so the rigth collision is accidental not pin pointed
for instance head to head or head to tail etc etc
