A Macro-Mechanical Force From the Quantum Vacuum

Esteemed Colleagues!
I am having great difficulty locating
researchers who both believe that the ZPE is actually real and also
have knowledge of solid state optics in the low nm range of the EUV
Spectrum.
This concerns my proposal for a device that
reflects or re-emits EUV wavelengths of the Quantum Flux on one side,
while at the same time, it reflects or re-emits these same
wavelengths on the other side. (I am talking about the EUV Spectrum
of the photons of the ZPE field.)
In theory the difference in
virtual light-pressure can provide a net thrust as powerful as half
the the Casimir Force for cavities of comparable wavelengths. This
can mean thousands of Pa of pressure---(The ZPE is insanely dense at
wavelength that are less than 15 nm!!! So if I can just find the help
I need, especially find the right materials, we could solve the
energy crisis this year and vacation on the Moon within a decade!!!
