My reply was:
YOU need not reconsider this work because you did not consider it.
This paper was not submitted to OSA journals except AO (107797), which
wrote:
“Applied Optics is not the appropriate forum for this interesting
theoretical discussion, as we publish applied papers that are more
applied in nature. Furthermore, the entire discussion that is
referenced in your paper is from other journals such as the American
Journal of Physics and J. Mod. Opt that are more appropriate for these
types of discussion. Were you to build the apparatus described in the
paper, then reporting of the results might be more appropriate for
Applied Optics. I wish you success with this manuscript.”
Note, analogically, OSA journals did not consider my paper 105492
“Difference Between Spin and Orbital Angular Momentums”, which you
also rejected without comments.
Nevertheless I hope the outcome of these specific submissions will not
discourage you from considering of future my manuscripts.
Thank you for careful reviewing of my papers in the past.
Particularly, I received approx five reviews of my paper 66288 “The
Beth experiment is under review.” Unfortunately, as was shown, the
reviewers were not enough competent except Reviewer 1, which wrote:
The result, dealing with matters at the heart of the rather confused
matter of electromagnetic angular momentum, is interesting and merits
publication. The paper is concise, and likely as clear as possible,
given the subject matter.
