As you may realize, you come off as a crackpot. You may have something,
but I am not going to expend much effort to understand what that is. I
suggest the following:
1. Define "gravitational propulsion" using no more than 1000 characters.
2. Using fewer than 2000 explain the essence of the scientific
underpinning upon which gravitational propulsion is based.
