There is no feasible explanation of the Jupiter red spot as being
permanent,
other than that of EM-gravity. When you put enough mass together into
a lump
then due to the electrical charges of all the atoms, that lump mass
begins to
rotate or spin on an axis. Rotation is the result of net charge of a
body. Because Jupiter has a large net charge, it has a large rotation
on axis of once in every 10 hours. For Earth it is once in every 24
hours. And rotation causes
oblateness of the poles. All of this due to imbalance of charge of the
body.

However, there is another feature of imbalance of charge that has
never been
raised before in physics explanation. That a large enough body with a
large
imbalance of charge, and with a surface that is able to display that
imbalance such as the gaseous Sun surface or the gas giant Jupiter.
That the imbalance of charge of the whole body causes there to be a EM
ring at the equator of that body. For Jupiter that ring is the
permanent red-spot. For the Sun it is the sun spots that dominate the
equator, for Earth, since it's surface is solid or water, the EM ring
formed is the hot magma from the center of Earth that forms the
Pacific ring of fire of volcanoes and is dominate along the Equator.

So in EM-gravity, the EM causes spin rotation, which in turn causes
oblateness, and in addition, causes a equatorial spin. Remember the
Lenz law in EM theory? The Lenz law says that where you have lines of
force
and EM introduced that you have opposing lines of force. So the Red
Spot on Jupiter is a Lenz law in action.

Now I have to look to see if Saturn, Uranus, Neptune have any signs of
a equator ring.

Just a few minutes ago, I opened Wikipedia page on Neptune showing the
Great Dark Spot.

In other words, in EM-gravity the imbalance of electrical charges in
astro bodies causes a spin rotation of the object which further causes
oblateness and also it causes a Lenz law type of equatorial ring.
