I refute conclusions of 17 authors of 6 works and show that, in
reality, results of these works contradict standard electrodynamics.
Unfortunately, the authors are not ready to uphold their conclusions.
The authors are Loudon, Bishop, Nieminen, Heckenberg, Rubinsztein-
Dunlop, Simpson, Dholakia, Allen, Padgett, Parkin, Knoner, Garces-
Chavez, McGloin, Dultz, Schmitzer, O'Neil, and MacVicar.

I have received a message, in particular, from Annals of Physics:
Dear Dr Khrapko: I regret to inform you that we consulted with several
experts in the field and that each one either declined to read your
article or else gave us a clear recommendation against publishing it.
Our decision, therefore, is negative. I am sorry that it took us
nearly three months to get this decision to you.

The article is "Inevitability of the electrodynamics' spin tensor"
