ansys ICEM CFD error recitification

Dear Friends,
I modeled wind turbine blade by solid works and meshing on ICEM CFD. After naming the parts, while on meshing "The application has run out of memory and will terminate after doing an emergency save". My system have configuration of 3GB RAM and 320 GB HD. kindly send your valuable information for my problem

This error can be caused by numerous problems, first and foremost of which may be that the mesh you are attempting to simulate is far too large. Typically with 3GB of RAM you should not be computing on a mesh more than 1 million elements, depending on the turbulence model you are using. If this is not the case, then you might try allocating additional memory. The fact that it is saving indicates that the simulation has at least been initialized. It is difficult to debug this without knowing more about your case.
