Subject: Let The Wild Rumpus Begin

REQUEST FOR AN UNBIASED REVIEW OF LM11588A [Physical Review A]

I. Primary Objective of the Paper:

To offer a novel explanation for the enigmatic fine structure
constant.

II. Main Arguments:

(1) The paper proposes an alternative dynamics that applies inside
bound atoms and subatomic objects. The new dynamics involves both
General Relativity and Electromagnetism in major roles. The coupling
factor between the space-time geometry and matter within this specific
domain is 2.18 x 10^31 cm^3/g sec^2.

(2) While the conventional EM model is able to reproduce externally
observed phenomena, so also is the mixed GR+EM model able to do so.

(3) To my knowledge there is no empirical evidence that conflicts with
the GR+EM model. Specifically, the value of G' that applies within the
strictly specified domain has never been empirically measured.

III. Advantages of the GR+EM Model of the Atom:

(1) The GR+EM model offers a natural physical explanation for the
heretofore heuristic fine structure constant.

(2) The GR+EM model offers a natural physical explanation for the
heretofore heuristic Planck’s constant.

(3) The GR+EM model offers a unique resolution of the vacuum energy
density crisis.

(4) The GR+EM model defines a more natural Planck Scale that avoids
the enigmatic hierarchy problem [unreasonably large Planck mass].

(5) The GR+EM model can correctly retrodict the mass and radius of the
proton using the Kerr-Newman solution of the Einstein-Maxwell
equations.

Yours in science [wherein questioning assumptions is more than lip
service],
