Are they any mathematical formaulas for calculating the area a
nanotube logic gate uses? Any help would be appreciated.

Your best bet would be along the lines of searching through some of the
technical literature.  The IEEE Trans. Nano often has an article or two
about nanoscaled logic architectures and scaling laws.
