It seems to me that if a shell contacts the target toward the end of its flight, in a plunging trajectory, then it is more likely to contact the deck armor and plunge through the depth of the ship.... more »

What will it take to fix things? 
  So far we know that the administration lied to us in order to not make Obama look bad over Benghazi before the election. Maybe not illegal but sufficiently dishonest as to make the election nearly a fraud. We know that "Somebody" kept any rescue operation from even getting started.
