They also have a Tango undergoing repairs? I thought those had been
retired?

(No word if Argentina wanted to buy any? Um.. sorry!)

Man, I wonder if some of those formerly Soviet shipyards have built
military ships since? It would seem a good industry to keep on hand,
not just for self defense but for exports.
