FREE Multicriteria Optimisation Program Available before Month of October

I have a multicriteria optimisation program using Offshore supply vessel as
test kit. Anyone interested to be a beta tester?
It runs in Windows 98/ME. I didnt test it in window 95. It is used for
preliminary design stage. For those who involve in the shipbuilding / ship
design industry,
a evaluation copy will be given for FREE (conditions applied). Please email
me. I will setup a website for download.

p/s: If u have to following papers, please contact me. I need them for some
convergence test. I will be very grateful.
