Longer phrases:
I lost my depth perception...
My vision is starting to get darker in both eyes and in the left eye it
looks like looking through a plate of glass with water on it.
I also have a pain or burning in my left temple and around my left eye
from cheek to around my temple area...
I seem to notice (or see) more shadows and highlights in the extreme
lower left corner of my left eyes vision and several weeks after this
started it has also started to affect my right eye.
Am getting cloudiness and deminished sight in the left eye
...about a year before I was diagnosed with LD, I lost the vision in my
right eye after a few days of cloudiness of vision and sever headaches.
...now am losing sight in left eye. Like looking into fog. After I sit
for a while and stand up, my head feels full and the eyesight in left
eye gets worse, but goes back to "normal" after standing for a while.
He has also developed photosensitivity to the point that he wears
sunglasses in the house...
...she woke up and could not move her left eye to the left....then could
not move the eye upward.
Now I'm seeing a flash in my left eye whenever I move my head.
I've felt pressure in or behind my eyes for several years...
...the eye feels swollen.
I've recently been diagnosed after noticing problems with my vision in
one eye.
Left eye red swollen...
I couldn't go to a Movie because the light radiating from the screen
would aggravate my eye.
Trying to read a page of newsprint with that eye was (is) like looking
at it through a window screen. Parts of the individual letters are
lighter than others. Also there is color distortion, especially with
the color red.
One of my eyes would feel like it was dropping down. Actually rolling
down. I would be watching TV and would *feel* and then visually notice
that one of they eyes was not looking at the intended target.
...eye pressure in one eye that comes and goes when I am stressed or
when I'm at a movie theater or the computer terminal.
It was like the contrast was misadjusted. I could see, but I couldn't
make out faces unless the light was just right. For months, I couldn't
see my reflection in the mirror well enough to make out my face.
I have had what seemed to be a gray curtain pulled over my vision...
...I felt that my right eye wasn't much good at all.
Yes, I had (actually _have_ - I think I got re-infected) problems like
night-blindness, poor focussing, floaters, small specks of light.
Antibiotics helped all of these problems.
I find I get clear, jelly-like bubbles or blisters forming on surface of
my eyeball. Anyone know what these could be? When they go they leave a
yellowing of the whites of my eye at he spot they came up and also a
little bloodshotting.
...palsy that causes my right eye to flip straight up toward the top of
my head (pretty bizarre thing... people come and look when that happens)
is not as badly out of control as it used to be.
I've had waking episodes where I lost partial vision
I see a "snow/blizzard" of tiny black and white dots or pinpricks of
light, like a hazy veil in front of my eyes.
I went blind in my left eye.
I once had a crescent moon shaped area in one eye with beautiful colors
running through it. Couldn't understand why it was still there when my
eyes were closed.
I went blind for a two years, and had horrible eye pain even after my
vision returned.
I lost the vision in my right eye for a few days.
...one eye flips directly upward, the other eye drifts left...
...my vision in left eye remains at tunnel vision.
I see things out of the corner of my eye sometimes that scares me. But
I think they are floaters causing the normal lighting to make things
apprear to jump
...intense pressure in my head and behind my left eye
I seem to notice (or see) more shadows and highlights in the extreme
lower left corner of my left eyes vision and several weeks after this
started it has also started to affect my right eye.
...my right eye is so blurry and I have had total loss of vision 5 times
in the last 4 yrs,
I've had... eye problems such as flashing lights, lost of periphial
vision, ...hyper-sensitivity to light...
...I woke up one morning and couldn't focus my right eye. It lasted
around half the day.
My right eye lost focus again.
Did anybody with L.D. ever have eyelid lag? I did not get Bell's Palsy,
but from time to time my right eye lid has opened slower than the left
upon awakening.
"Pain in left eye for 4 months......the pain is in and around the eye
socket as well as the eye itself. Pain is like a burning sensation, and
the eye also feels "droopy"....as if a "lazy eye", ...
...eye-balls feeling like they are gonna burst...
...her distance vision is getting poorer every day.
I have begun to see occasional flashes in the periphery of my right eye.
First one dark blotch in one eye, then one in the other a week later...
by the end of the summer I had little swimming 'snakes' everywhere I
looked.
I have consistently had problems with my eyes, mainly tingling,
pressure, and stinging.
I occasionally have blurred vision or double vision, and I've lost
vision almost completely twice, several months apart during the last
year.
At one point, I started getting tunnel vision in my left eye.
...the flickering of the fluorescent lights causing a mild seizure,...
...I lost my vision.
My color vision is also distorted...
Yes, I had...problems like night-blindness, poor focussing, floaters,
small specks of light.
My vision,... went on me...
Night vision went to hell...
Blurred, unclear vision, lots of spots and floaters, feeling like I was
in a fog.
My first major symptom was vision loss...
I see a shimmering effect around the edges of objects as well as things
sem to shake back and forth. Basically my vision seems to flutter and
objects will seem to move in my outside vision.
My vision has been somewhat blurry (always perfect in the past), with
more "floaters", and persistent dry, red eyes.
I lost most of my vision twice during what the Neurologist called
"Complex" migraines. Same black spaces, with pretty bright lights all
around.
Today I had an episode where my whole peripheral vision was consumed by
these "floaters".
