Digital dictation/transcription

Can someone recommend a reasonably priced (cheap) digital transcription / dictation setup? This would be for a 6 cardiologist office. Transcription is done on-site, currently using tape based system.

Shorthand question

I have a new computer running Windows 7 and use Shorthand ver.10. When I use my arrow keys to navigate up, down, right, or left, a cursor mark appears and stays between each character I go over. (It ends up looking like: |t|h|i|s|.) Upon hitting enter or typing again, the lines will disappear, but it is quite distracting. Anyone know how... more »
