Does anyone here know how I can get rid of the blue words in Word?

I’m converting "1,000 Words or Less" from the original paperback
Word .doc to a Word HMTL format required by Kindle. Everything looks
fine except there are blue words in some of the chapters. No, I don’t
mean swear words but words in actual blue print. Instead of Normal +
black, those words are in Cblue1 + black. Even thought the print
returns to black, the code stays at Cblue1 + black until the next
chapter. Every now and then, Cred1 + black pops up, too.
If anyone knows how to correct this irritating problem in Word’s HMTL,
I would appreciate your help since it looks messy. If you don't know,
could you point me to an online site where someone could help me?
