Oh, I see it's not called a bailout any more, but TARP:

TROUBLED ASSETS RELIEF PROGRAM

The name TARP seems appropriate, don't you think? Isn't a tarp
sometimes used to cover up unsightly objects?

Yes, but I think this bill should more aptly be titled
CRAP.
