The recording device is then given to the office manager, who uploads
dictation and sends to me.
I download the dictation, get to the end where she says for me to make the
above note for her.
I open a new document, type: "Note for Susie: Dicate on John Doe." I save
the document, zip it up with the other dictations, and send it back to the
office manager.
The office manager opens the files, prints them, and hands them back to the
dictator.
I have three words for her: "POST-IT NOTE".

Not exactly same thing, but reminds me of a doctor in office I used to
transcribe for. At the time, two practices had merged and were still
using both office locations. An office staffer, "Mr. Jones" often
couriered stuff from one site to the other. At the end of one of the
doctor's tapes, she'd dictated to "Mr. Jones - please... blah blah."
Forget now what it was - likely reference to delivering the tape. Uh,
the guy didn't listen to the tapes at all LOL
