This depends on many factors but key players are GE, Siemens, Toshiba,
and Philips. For state-of-the-art high-resolution, dynamic volume
images tomographs, Siemens is for me the number one - but this might
be different in your case as it depends a lot on local service and
maintenance capabilities of the providers.
