Check with the American Dietetic Association which is based out of
Chicago. They should have several listings of many good reference
books. Also, if you have a local college that has a nutrition
course, you may be able to pick up a good textbook from them.
Bowes and Church is a reference book listing actual food values.
If you are interested in a certain product, write the manufacturers
for nutrition information. Many fast food places also have break
downs on the contents of their food. Good luck, Sue R.D.

Joseph, the best vitamins and enzymes are found in raw food. Check out
the book WE WANT TO LIVE. It contains thousands of raw foods that
reverse or cure over 200 common diseases with at least an 80% success
ratio. I have found it to be fantastic. It has worked for everyone in my
family. I know the author personally and have met dozens of his clients.
He has reverse multiple myeloma, consistantly. His name is Aajonus
Vonderplanitz. The publisher's web site, that's me, is:

Good luck in all your searches.
