Is this just scam? Sounds incredible if it's true but no information
is given on the site about the method. Anyone got the book and can
tell what they are using?

OK, if that exercise works it could mean that floaters are formed from
not getting enough eye movement throughout the day. This makes sense
given the current lifestyle sometimes starring at the computer screen
8 hours a day. Our eye balls used to be moving whole day scanning the
horizon for enemies/prays or searching for fruits in the trees or
mates during our evolution. Perhaps without enough movement the
vitreous deteriorates like the cartilage in joints when it isn't put
under pressure to grow (see my old post on the "20,000 leagues under
the sea") ...
