I have a friend who is interested in forming a new branch of a home health
care business in Abilene, Texas or forming a partnership to work under
someone's provider number (or purchase a license if that's possible) within
70 miles of Abilene, Texas. She previously operated under the license of
a parent office located in Duncanville, Texas, but as a result of the 70 mile
limit regulation, she is without a parent office to work under. She has
approximately two years experience as an administrator of a home based health
care business and has successfully managed the care for up to 15 patients.
