Definition of HL7 event codes

Hi,
I am analyzing HL7 messages as part of a design effort for a new
system. I am very new at HL7 standard and woner if there is a
dictionary around in the internet that I can use to look up definition
of various codes such as the event code A01, A02... etc or AR000001,
AR000002, ARB00001 etc.
I searched the web and found many information on HL7 standard but not
what I am looking for whihc is just a simple look up tables for codes
use in HL7 messages. Anyone here could point me to the right
source?
