Pemphigus Vulgaris - Limited response to treatment after 2yrs of treatments.

Hi There.

Any help/advice will be greatly appreciated.

My ex-wife was diagnosed with pv in mid 2008 after symptons 1st became
apparent in January 2008. We reside in Australia.

She has been treated with the usual treatments of hi dose Vitamins,
steroid creams, organ transplant drugs non of which have made any real
improvements. She has had one session of IVIG combined with Rituximab
wich failed to make any improvements and she is currently going
through another session of IVIG. We are concerned as to what treatment
options are left if this IVIG and maybe another trial of Rituximab
fail to bring her condition under control.
