Yes, Chuck, I WAS on the phone reporting Donald Dickson to
the DCF. I had to add something. Fortunately it is ALREADY IN
THE DCF'S NOTES to Jessica Cichon, and Matthew Deary,
as well as was told to the kids' lawyers.
Donald Dickson cannot keep his pants on, nor refrain
from exposing himself to the kids, and he is obsessed with himself.
The kids have always found this sickening.
This is already in the DCF's notes.
Now the rubbing underwear in the faces business.
DCF thinks children being raised by sociopaths is
fine. As long as Kathleen Dickson keeps exposing that the DCF
is insane and are a bunch of criminals, and seeks the prosecution
of Gauvin, Leebens, Marcus, and all the SLYMEBALLS, the
children shall be totured. THAT is the DCF's gameplan.
HOWEVER, the Hartford Courant and the Legislators have
the November 16 databinders, and everything else, and are aware
of the nature of the kidnappiing.
The Nov 16 databinders were replies to the CHRO and Statewide
Bar Counsel. It is my understanding that Sarah Gibson got
fired. I do not know if this is true or not. She was the Principal
DCF PSYCHO Attorney for New Haven.

Psychotropics are brain damaging. THAT is also part of

because Psychotropics are brain damaging, and they know
this is true, and they are now liable. It is also against APA
Guidelines that they treat an organic delirium the same way
as a non-organic delirium, but Phillips and Marcus, then *lied*
to the KOURT again.
Lyme is a brain disease. THAT is now part of DCF PSYCHOLAND
