Subject: Speaking out "so justice will prevail."

"I commend the extraordinary strength and courage of the minor victims
in this case who came forward and spoke out about the abuse that they
suffered in order to protect others from harm and so that justice
would prevail," he said.

That's not true.

That's not the position of the State
or federal government.

The position of the State and
federal government is that you
should be labeled a "dangerous"
terrorist if you speak out against
the crimes committed by the State
and federal government.

Yale and the State of CT staff
say the Lyme RICO mail stolen of
of AG Richard Blumenthal's desk
(in itself a federal offense)
means I am "like Ted Kascynski,"
"a chemist," and "dangerously intelligent"
http://www.actionlyme.org/BLUMENTHALS_MAIL_STOLEN_BY_JESSICA_GAUVIN.htm

When I tried to report the DCF's penis
biter to the police and DCF, DCF
tried to entrap me, by not telling
me they lied to a judge in order
to gag me:
http://www.actionlyme.org/ENTRAPMENT_DCF_CHILD_ABUSE.htm

When that didn't work, the penisbiter
sued me:
http://www.actionlyme.org/andersonpenisbiter.htm
When I sent the audio and video tapes
to her lawyer and the courthouse, I
never heard from them again.

But she was not prosecuted.

When I demonstrated scientifically
that all psychoactives are literally
brain damaging:
http://www.actionlyme.org/BRAINDAMAGE.htm
I was thrown in a mental institution
where even more lies could be recorded
about me.

That ^^^ was the point of that action.
To create a "record" of more lies.

The majority of Alzheimer's patients have
spirochetes in their brains:
http://www.actionlyme.org/BRAIN_PERMANENT.htm
And the majority of State of CT employees
have plain old regular brain damage from
their drug and alcohol abuse.
And Yale is just plain not interested in
brains. They've said so repeatedly and
the only brain program they have is
the Chief of the Psychiatry Department
who lists as his specialty, the brain
damage caused by psychotropics:
http://www.actionlyme.org/BUNNEY_YALE_BRAIN_DAMAGE.htm

The reason ILADS.org cannot help Lyme victims |
is because psychiatrists never do or say anything
scientific or valid, and nothing pisses
them off more than to hear about
"scientific validity."

If an entirely new perspective on
infectious diseases concludes that
antibody testing is obsolete, and that
thanks to the Chinese, we all know that
antibiotic resistant organisms will not
be detected, necessarily, with the code
in the current primers in the DHHS data bank.

Staties and the Dot Guvvers don't want the
concept of scientific validity demonstrated in
a courtroom because the direct, specific
means to the truth - regardless of the topic -
would put more than half of the State and
federal employees on the unemployment logs.

But, like everything else, the technology
of the surveillance state and the use of
psychiatry to explain away Stealth Disablers
(Gulf War Illness, Lyme, and now, the news
of the Mouse - Mononucleosis (something possibly
transferred from a tick bite and that that
infection does not do what other infections
do:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2903609/?tool=pubmed
)
and the abuses inherent in it - will or
clearly already have backfired on them.

Think about it. The DHHS don't know
d*que and they're able to hide *nothing*
from us or the rest of the world.

Oh, and the pro-inflammatory/pain syndrome
producing Themis2 is pumped by estrogen -
another BS Psychiatric Penisology theory
down the tubes.

The Statie DCF whores only work with
the penisologists of psychiatry, and conversely,
psychiatry can only work with such stupid
whores. They stroke each other but
they all *know* they're all stupid liars.
They *know* their own kind.

Founder Of Haitian Charity Pleads Guilty

The founder of a well-known residential charity for homeless boys in
Haiti admitted in court Wednesday that he sexually assaulted several
of the children, some of whom, prosecutors said, he seduced with gifts
or threatened with expulsion if they didn't comply.

Douglas Christian Perlitz, a soft-spoken theologian who founded
Project Pierre Toussaint in Haiti's north coast city of Cap Haitien,
made the admissions while pleading guilty in U.S. District Court to a
single charge of traveling abroad for illicit sexual purposes.

The guilty plea to a single offense was part of a broader plea bargain
agreement that ends a yearlong international prosecution. Attached to
the plea bargain was a separate agreement in which Perlitz
acknowledged traveling to Haiti repeatedly for sexual purposes between
2001 and 2008 and engaging in illicit sexual contact with eight boys.

When Perlitz, 40, formerly of Fairfield, is sentenced by U.S. District
Judge Janet B. Arterton in December, prosecutors said they will argue
that the number of Perlitz's victims exceeded the eight he
acknowledges and said that some will be flown from Haiti to
Connecticut to testify at the hearing. And the prosecutors said they
will argue that Perlitz obstructed justice by trying to buy off
victims and conceal computer records.

Perlitz, who previously denied his guilt and aggressively fought the
charges, was escorted into court in manacles by federal marshals. He
has neatly trimmed brown hair and was wearing eyeglasses and a drab,
khaki prison uniform. He has been in custody since his arrest in
September because he is considered a danger to the public.

He smiled during private discussions with his lawyers Wednesday and
politely answered a series of questions by Arterton.

Federal prosecutors and defense lawyers indicated that the length of
the sentence Perlitz will receive is in dispute. He faces a maximum of
30 years. Defense lawyers said he should be sentenced to no more than
10 years under the guidelines used in federal court. Prosecutors said
their interpretation of the guidelines suggests a sentence of more
than 19 years. Arterton ultimately will determine the sentence.

Federal prosecutors have made Perlitz a high-profile example of what
they say is the government's commitment to prosecute U.S. citizens who
travel to third-world countries for illicit sex. He is accused of
using his charity as a cover to abuse as many as 18 boys during
frequent travel to Cap Haitien, the second-largest city in the
hemisphere's poorest country.

"Millions of people in Haiti face a daily challenge simply to
survive," U.S. Attorney David B. Fein said Wednesday. "This defendant
preyed on impoverished and powerless street children in Haiti,
enticing them with significant benefits such as food, shelter,
clothing and education, only to exploit his position of trust and
sexually abuse the boys under his care.

"I commend the extraordinary strength and courage of the minor victims
in this case who came forward and spoke out about the abuse that they
suffered in order to protect others from harm and so that justice
would prevail," he said.

The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests said Wednesday that
the guilty plea should prompt a search for additional victims.

"This admission should cause every person who knows Perlitz to ask
friends and family if he sexually violated them too," said Barbara
Blaine, president and founder of the organization. "We seriously doubt
that he only molested kids in Haiti, and we strongly suspect there are
adults in the U.S. who saw, suspected or suffered his crimes and who
could help law enforcement bring more charges against Perlitz and
hopefully keep him away from kids even longer."

Perlitz, who has an undergraduate degree from Fairfield University and
a master's in theology from Boston College, helped found Project
Pierre Toussaint in the mid-1990s. It became known worldwide for
providing boys as young as 6 years old with homes, food, clothing,
shoes, water to bathe in, sporting activities and basic education.

The project was financed over the past decade through the Haiti Fund
Inc., a registered Connecticut charity. Fund directors were appointed
by the Rev. Paul Carrier, former director of campus ministry at
Fairfield University. Authorities said that Carrier is a close friend
of Perlitz's and traveled repeatedly to visit him in Haiti.

Donors contributed more than $2 million to Project Pierre Toussaint
between 1997 and 2008. When the allegations against Perlitz became
public in 2008, donations dried up and the operation closed. Children
who lived in the charity's residences became homeless once again.

Perlitz moved to suburban Denver. While there, federal authorities
said he "was wiring money to individuals in Haiti, which the
government believes was done to buy the silence of additional
children." In addition, they said, Perlitz used a laptop computer in
Colorado to view sexually oriented Internet sites featuring nude,
black boys.

The indictment against Perlitz says that he personally "befriended and
recruited male street children to attend the school" and live in the
residences.

To "entice and persuade" the children to comply with his sexual
demands, Perlitz promised them food, shelter, money raised from his
donors, and items such as cellphones, shoes and clothing, the
indictment said.

He is accused of "grooming" children for sexual acts by exposing them
to homosexual pornography and plying them with alcoholic beverages.
