I was looking at the Lymenet (cough) board this morning. Are some of
them truley insane? One of the members there did a coffee enema and
"accidentally"? shot HOT coffee up her ass? Im sure she's in alot of
pain and not feeling well and I do feel bad she's hurting now but how
brainless do you have to be? And those are people we are told we should
be listening too? LMAO Unreal

Since I also post there, the answer is yes. :)

Now serious.. yes, some people on LymeNet are very ok, and can provide
useful information. Alas, more people provide bad information.

LymeNet is a good place for getting support, which can also be useful,
as long as it doesnt mean that the useful and important information is
disregarded.

I haven't posted there in about 2 yrs. Problem is when you post there
and don't agree the Nazi's come out and ostersize you..I agree with you
that "some" members there can provide good information and support but
in truth that lasts as long as you agree with everything thats been
said by others. As to this person who did the coffee enema with hot
coffee? Im sorry but I think thats hysterical. As I said before I"m
sorry she hurt herself but it's been making me giggle all morning.
First to think someone would actually shoot hot coffee up their ass and
then to post about it on an open forum? LOL ... Guess my sense of

Its really quite sad. She's so desperate to be cured as we all are she
seems willing to try anything she reads which is why I think people
like Brian and the like are dangerous.

Hard to find those diamonds in the rough but admittedly I don't read it
thoroughly, I only read the more outrageous topic titles.

IT is very sad that desperate and vulnerable people are being taken
advantage of.

Some are doing so because they honestly believe in whatever snake oil
they're selling.
Some are just vultures preying on desperate and vulnerable people.

Huggy huggy is fine, as long as the search and providance for valuable
information isn't neglected.

I liked the huggy huggy when I posted for the first time something on a
messageboard, which was on LymeNet in august 2003. Unfortunately the
thread has already been deleted and I didn't save the posts, which I
would have done if I knew they delete messages. How irresponsable! This
is also a big reason for me not to post there.

I didn't understand the Scalia thing at all. And Scalia is a surprising
guy, dunno if you read the gitmo cases, scalia wrote a suprising

Rasul? And the shockers of last term were scalia in crawford v

What I think is kind of interessting about the disappearance of
Phyllis' posts is that she evidently realized that what was said
there...the personal insults...said something about HER...so she
removed them...

...but without apology...
...which says even MORE about her, doesn't it?
