Well, no. Muslims deal with
the issue of pedophilia by
marrying the baby girls to
their monsters, and they hang
their gays. The perverted West
who has more of problem with
misogyny than anything else;
we will never accept Islam.
The only remaining taboo in
the entire Western world is
the sexual aggression by Yale
Psych Department profs against
their female students.
So, let's end that taboo and
give me a lie-detector test.
I'm serious. I'll pass it.

The Historic Issue Of The Twenty-First Century

After the fall of the Berlin Wall, the Western Left was left with no
dreamed paradise for the future. Not only that: its failure was so
enormous that it had no idea what sort of regime to build because
there where it held the reigns of power – China, Cuba, North Korea –
misery and despotism just piled up. Thus, without a future utopia, the
Left directed its efforts to the other thing it knew so well how to
do: Destroy the current political and social system. And the best way
to do it, after the failure of revolution and class struggle, was to
culturally attack the moral foundation of Western economic and
political institutions – Christianity. New ways for old obsessions
because contemporary secularism is nothing else than a more civilized
and refined version of the old religious persecution that reached its
wildest expression in the Spain of the Popular Front, but that
expanded throughout Europe for decades. From that martyred Europe
emerged the magnificent papacy of John Paul II.
Displaying a less captivating character, but an enormous intellectual
capacity and huge tolerance, Joseph Ratzinger has been attacked from
the very beginning of his papacy – maybe because of those qualities.
Seldom has a global personality endured a more brutal campaign of
discredit and defamation such as the one against Benedict XVI since
his election. He was a major target of the Left even before his
election. It’s all driven by outright ideology, which does explain the
manipulation and the concealment of facts by Leftist newspapers
worldwide attacking the Pope in unison and with intense ferocity –
taking advantage of the turmoil about some repugnant cases of
pedophile priests. More destructive than ever, the Leftist media have
even manipulated and distorted facts in order to destroy the image of
Benedict XVI, who has already been called a Nazi, anti-Muslim, and now
accomplice to pedophilia.
It’s a morally repelling and intellectually repulsive attitude, but,
after all, it’s just typical of our democracies. Yet it reaches its
historic meaning when placed alongside another piece of news: As part
of the campaign to dechristianize it, a perfectly coordinated and
equipped group of one hundred Islamists violently assaulted the
Cathedral in Córdoba, provoked some incidents, and tried to hurt one
of the security guards with a knife – right in the middle of Córdoba’s
Easter holiday celebrations. The reaction of the Left – the same Left
that condemns the Pope – has been to reopen the debate about the
cession of the temple to the same people that assaulted it, that extol
the era when Musa bin Nusair destroyed the Christian church of St.
Vincent Martyr to build the mosque on top, and that reject any
possibility of having another public religion in Islamic territories
except their own.
Rarely could one see so patently how the Western Left has lost
direction as during Easter 2010. In the Córdoba case, the problem is
not really Islam – so heterogeneous, diverse, and fragmented; not even
Islamism – the cause behind a real civil war inside the Muslim world
and an enemy that the West and its allies could defeat. The problem is
Western civilization itself, with the Left at the vanguard of this
decadence: while outside forces strive to penetrate Western culture
and to assimilate it, inside forces, such as European progressivism,
are bent on eroding and ruining Western principles and institutions.
It’s leading Europe and its freedoms on the path to suicide.
Does what used to be called “Christianity” have a future in the West?
Strategically speaking, there’s a widening rift within Europe between,
on the one hand, those societies facing the problem – e.g. Switzerland
and the minarets – or those just about managing to do it, at least in
part – e.g. Belgium or France with the veil issue and, on the other
hand, the suicidal Leftist forces pushing the West down the slide of
History, which find access to the reigns of power in countries like
Spain.
The cultural and media might shown by mass media outlets harassing the
Pope – The New York Times, El País, The Guardian or the BBC — derives
from their old, now squandered and undeserved, prestige; today they
spearhead the ideological campaigns of secular minorities. If these
post-modern elites keep on diverting Europe’s energies to shift them
against Rome and if they remain successful in their determination,
Christian Europe will undoubtedly be weakened and Europeistan will be
much closer. But if the departure from the politically-correct
mentality, already detected in some European countries, extends
throughout the continent – before the eyes of the scandalized Western
Leftist media – then, not everything is lost. In the meantime, the
Islamist-progressive clamp will continue squeezing to erode the image
of the Church and to exclude it from public forums. That’s the issue
being decided in Europe in the twenty-first century.
