Subject: Lyme Disease- We don't need more money, we need Qui Tam
recovery

ARTICLE BELOW
=======================

This woman, Pat Smith, is just a relentless
moron. She for years has played a game where
she tries to undermine the Lyme Disease Foundation
at every move. (www.lyme.org) And the latest
one is where this moron wants to give more
money to the Lyme cryminals to commit more
of the same crymes (BELOW and in her "Lyme bills").

We do not "need more Lyme research money."

We need Qui Tam or False Claims Act Recovery
of the $$$billions that went to the fraudsters of
the ALDF.com and those companies include
http://www.actionlyme.org/ALDF_BOARD.htm
AIG, SmithKline (who got the Corixa "biodefense
contract), Kaiser, Blue Cross (we know from the 1999
Blumenthal Lyme hearing) and the Yale Corporation
who funded the L2 Diagnostics Criminal (as opposed
to Crime-) Lab:
http://www.actionlyme.org/LYME_CORRUPTICUT.htm

Corixa did the advertising for the smaller
RICO within the ALDF RICO:
http://www.actionlyme.org/CORIXARICO.htm
which included Yale's L2 Diagnostics.

Why do you think I asked Art Doherty to summarize
the grants for me in 1999, when I filed the first
Conflicts of Interest Reports?
http://www.actionlyme.org/Actionlyme_History.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/OPMC_CORRUPTION.htm
http://www.geocities.com/kmdickson0308/lyme-dilemma.html

These Actions, by myself, are the reason Pat Smith
*hired* Pam Weintraub to re-write my Conflicts of Interest
Reports. Now, if Weintraub was hired by Pat Smith
to re-write my Conflicts of Interest Reports/Complaints,
then why would she want more funding to be given
to the same Lyme cryminals?

Pat Smith and Pam Weintraub need to be investigated
for Conflicts of Interest. Perpetuating the Lyme
Crymes just so Weintraub and Smith can be the
rich Queens of Lyme, does not help Lyme victims.

If Blumenthal's Office sued the crooks for FRAUD
and RACKETEERING, why would Weintraub and Smith
not be interested in the Lyme cryminals not being
prosecuted for FRAUD and RACKETEERING?
http://www.actionlyme.org/080430_RICO_CABAL_CAVES.htm

I would like to know Smith's exact relationship
with Ray Dattwyler and the like.

I would like to know why this lying blowhard - Pat
Smith - is still on the scene and what the hell
she is trying to do?

It's amazing that she claimed responsibility for
so much of my work, while she continues to want to
throw money at the crooks. She must be crazy.

I heard she doesn't even have Lyme, which appears
to be a truthful accusation, since she *ZOOMS* all
over the country trying to get the new and emerging
support groups to sign a contract where all decisions
about the local group are made by Pat Smith.

None of it makes any sense.

I mean, Lyme dementia happens, yeah, but not with
the *ZOOMING* all over the country and Pat Smith's
and Pam Weintraub's *VIRULENT*, nasty actions towards
other Lyme activists and victims.

NOBODY who really is sick with Lyme has that
much energy.

Hall pushes for more Lyme disease money

Patricia Smith, president, Lyme Disease Association, center,
and Hall hold US map showing instance of Lyme. Auerbach looks on.

WAPPINGERS FALLS – Noting that Dutchess County has one of the highest
instances of Lyme disease in the state, Congressman John Hall Friday
announced his support and co-sponsorship of federal legislation that
would provide $100 million over five years to prevent Lyme disease
infections, educate doctors and the public and advance research to
fight the infections.

Hall chose as a backdrop for his announcement a pavilion at Bowdoin
Park overlooking the Hudson River in Wappingers Falls.

More than 220,000 Americans develop Lyme each year. Dutchess County
ranks third highest in the nation in terms of new cases each year.

“This is a disease that is a chameleon that can show up and be
misdiagnosed as a number of other things and our medical professionals
need to be taught how to recognize it better because the disease can
manifest in a number of different ways.”

That was brought home by Jill Auerbach’s story. She is chairwoman of
the Hudson Valley Lyme Disease Association. She had the disease for 10
years before medical professionals were able to diagnosis and treat it
properly.
