Abstract
B lymphocytes play roles in many auto-immune diseases characterized by
unresolved inflammation, and B cell ablation is proving to be a
relatively safe, effective treatment for such diseases. B cells
function, in part, as important sources of regulatory cytokines in
auto-immune disease, but B cell cytokines also play roles in other non-
auto-immune inflammatory diseases. B cell ablation may therefore
benefit inflammatory disease patients in addition to its demonstrated
efficacy in auto-immune disease. Current ablation drugs clear both
pro- and anti-inflammatory B cell subsets, which may unexpectedly
exacerbate some pathologies. This possibility argues that a more
thorough understanding of B cell function in human inflammatory
disease is required to safely harness the clinical promise of B cell
ablation. Type 2 diabetes (T2D) and periodontal disease (PD) are two
inflammatory diseases characterized by little autoimmunity. These
diseases are linked by coincident presentation and alterations in toll-
like receptor (TLR)-dependent B cell cytokine production, which may
identify B cell ablation as a new therapy for co-affected individuals.
Further analysis of the role B cells and B cell cytokines play in T2D,
PD and other inflammatory diseases is required to justify testing B
cell depletion therapies on a broader range of patients.

other skin diseases ---from the chronic inflamation --ACA the B & T
cells too I believe in ref. to making antibodies to the flagellum of
the bacteria....and the inflamatory process causes the damage even
weird ulceration......just for the record inflamation is the
underlying cause of many diseases --including heart disease - they
always blame it on cholesterol -yes to sell their pills. And what
about that which came out awhile ago - to give young children
cholesterol pills ---if their cholesterol was elevated I think it was
or if they were overweight not sure --WOW - that is really sick sicko
---the side effects all the yrs they would be on - all for money money
greed....I bet they wouldn't give it to their kid...
A lot of the inflamation is from lay lowing infectious disease ----
in ref to the plaque , heart blocked arteries (I am not saying all all
cases - but most) the inflamation from in blood stream various
chemicals etc. which in time damage the artery walls then causes scar
tissue - I use also the word garbage, plaque etc. also when you have a
damaged irregular wall of a pipe using that as an example of a blood
vessel or vein - artery -- anything in time as it runs thru is going
to stick --if you have a smooth pipe so to speak things will flow
smoothly.... just like stomach ulcers H-pylori --was discovered as
the culprit --of course they said the Dr. from Australia was nuts -
when he came out with that the infectious agent H-pylori was the cause
of most stomach ulcers - and HE WAS RIGHT...THE IDIOTS --common sense
tells one also the chronic inflamation from the infection damage the
walls of stomach etc. and then in time the wall lining breaks down and
of course an ulcer...........dumb jerks - all those yrs. milk,
crackers. and saying stress causes ulcers------ it is common sense
what I previous said - yet the dr. who discovered that was scoffed at
laughed at ....- jealous snakes of course
-- I have also now a re-occurance of in the same family of ACA
but called atrophie blanche - livoid vasculopathy -------only thing
that really helps and in time gets it hyperbaric....there is no known
really treatment for it---it is from damaged small blood vessel and or
blood vessels in skin ---from chronic inflamation......they say----ACA
is from one making antibodies to the flagellum of the borrelia.....
did you hear the snake, desert sidewinder on the ID society crooked
hearing - I believe it was Shapiro stating " We have included in our
treatment regimen ACA only for those who have recently traveled
overseas"....well well - I'll tell you ---I have been in Europe last
time -Yugoslavia 1982.and am an American born citizen ..........I was
infected in 1988 end of and 2 more in Jan Feb. 1989.............I wish
there was a way one can post photos --you would be shocked of my
exterior symptoms - mostly skin and eye.............I think one would
have to make a file???I don't know -that's it......
Also just for the record ACA is not just from Borrelia Afzeli - it can
also be from Burgdorferi plus also you can't tell me that Afzeli is
not in the US either. The dermatologist who has my proper diagnosis
is now retired and now I get "Oh that's only in Europe." really----
I have letter of documentation from the retired dermatologist........

husband's horrible pitiful nightmare at 2PM in the night - it was

Sometimes I really think of course it started out with plain ignorance
but I sometimes think the devil got into them to act in the way they

creepy bug that injects an anetheisa into one so they don't feel the
bite??
Doesn't that sound rather devilish........why would God make such a
thing.......
.People who get the disease are usually decent - people who love the
outdoors etc......Did you ever hear of a creepy criminal getting lyme
-----also what does it do - it breaks up marriages, terrible
infirmities -----and more ------ I think you know what I mean K.
And also in 1995 the two tiered bull shit-----there is no other
disease that one needs 2 blood tests - one to verify the other...Give
me a break.......Do you have to have 2 tests for syphilis - for
Aids--------???

CDC stated - it was leaked out - it was good -not as they thought it
would be -- and they were supposed to publish it in their monthy
magazine --never did - never returned the doctor's call --THEY DON'T
WANT A PROPER TEST......SUPPORT LEADERS --get it thru your heads.
And never putting 31 and 34 back in Western Blot-----should never have
been removed..............So be it...K

Yes, that's true. CDC knows the test
is bogus but since their staff is involved
in the Dearborn crime, they're sticking
with their lies.
