Subject: Intracellular and Chronic Lyme not a controversy according to
Mark Klempner

Hmmm. (ARTICLE BELOW by yet another
tard with an opinion/wish)
===================================

Mark Klempner says the reason
ceftriaxone fails to cure "Lyme
Disease" (formerly, Lyme borreliosis or
Lyme Relapsing Fever) is because of
intracellularity, but he also says that
in 3/46 petri dishes that contained no
fibroblasts for the borrelia to hide within,
still had spirochetes in them after treatment
with ceftriaxone:
http://www.actionlyme.org/Mark_Klempner_Fibroblasts.htm
- the value of being "an irresponsible
parent" for "going to the library."

You can't get this Klempner/Cef/Fibroblasts
article free full
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1634816
text online, and neither can you
get the 2 articles which demonstrate
the strains and recombinant antigens
shenangans performed by Allen Steere
alone in Europe,... unless you perform
the IrresponsibleParent routine (go to
the liberry):
http://www.actionlyme.org/STEERE_IN_EUROPE.htm

Klempner, again:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/1634816
"Fibroblasts protect the Lyme disease spirochete, Borrelia
burgdorferi, from ceftriaxone in vitro.
"Georgilis K, Peacocke M, Klempner MS.
"Department of Medicine, New England Medical Center, Boston,
Massachusetts.
Abstract

"The Lyme disease spirochete, Borrelia burgdorferi, can be recovered
long after initial infection, even from antibiotic-treated patients,
indicating that it resists eradication by host defense mechanisms and
antibiotics. Since B. burgdorferi first infects skin, the possible
protective effect of skin fibroblasts from an antibiotic commonly used
to treat Lyme disease, ceftriaxone, was examined. Human foreskin
fibroblasts protected B. burgdorferi from the lethal action of a 2-day
exposure to ceftriaxone at 1 microgram/mL, 10-20 x MBC. In the absence
of fibroblasts, organisms did not survive. Spirochetes were not
protected from ceftriaxone by glutaraldehyde-fixed fibroblasts or
fibroblast lysate, suggesting that a living cell was required. The
ability of the organism to survive in the presence of fibroblasts was
not related to its infectivity. Fibroblasts protected B. burgdorferi
for at least 14 days of exposure to ceftriaxone. Mouse keratinocytes,
HEp-2 cells, and Vero cells but not Caco-2 cells showed the same
protective effect. Thus, several eukaryotic cell types provide the
Lyme disease spirochete with a protective environment ***contributing
to its long-term survival."***

Here are a few dozen more treatment-failure
articles by IDSA:
http://www.actionlyme.org/BRAIN_PERMANENT.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/RICOCHRON.htm

Here is the CDC saying Borrelia
are intracellular:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17045505
"To examine the mechanisms involved in the cellular pathogenesis of
neuroborreliosis, we investigated the ability of B. burgdorferi to
attach to and/or invade a panel of human neuroglial and cortical
neuronal cells. In all neural cells tested, we observed B. burgdorferi
in association with the cell by confocal microscopy. Further analysis
by differential immunofluorescent staining of external and internal
organisms, and a gentamicin protection assay demonstrated an
intracellular localization of B. burgdorferi."

And here is SUNY-SB reporting that it is
common knowledge that these spirochetes
are un-killable:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19995919
"Furthermore, PCR-positive heart base tissue from antibiotic-treated
mice revealed RNA transcription of several B. burgdorferi genes. These
results extended previous studies with ceftriaxone, indicating that
antibiotic treatment is unable to clear persisting spirochetes, which
remain viable and infectious, but are nondividing or slowly dividing."

Worse, still, it is OspA vaccination
or the auto-vaccination of blebbing
http://www.actionlyme.org/BARBOURS_STEALTH_BOMBERS.htm
that is responsible for the Great
Imitator outcomes, just as it is so
http://www.actionlyme.org/CHP_9_IDSA_REVIEWS.htm
with the failed HIV and the failed
Tuberculosis vaccines, since they're all
either OspA tripalmitoyl cysteine or
the similar TLR2 agonists (tolerizers
to fungi, like mycobacteria/mycoplasma):
http://www.actionlyme.org/Pam3Cys_Version15.htm

*We* refer to the New Great and the Great
Imitators as "LYMErix Disease," which is
meant to connote the Stealth Disabler
in the class with Acquired Immune
Deficiency: the main mechanism of chronic
illness induction is the activation of
latent infections of all kinds, as well
as the inability to fight off new ones
due to B cell mutations and the inhibition
of the mechanisms that present antigen
(create antibodies):
http://www.actionlyme.org/PIIB.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/Pam3Cys_Version15.htm

Kinda, it *is* true that there is "no "controversy"
over "chronic Lyme disease," ***in addition*** to the
induction of the Imitators (multiple infections);
there is only crime and mental retardation.

Crime and Retardation.

Crime on the part of Yale, et al,
and Mental Retardation on the part
of all of the medical community,
including ILADS.org.

ILADS.org never speaks to the specific
crime of the testing falsification
at Dearborn, nor do they speak to
the mechanisms by which Lyme is
stealth: OspA/Pam3Cys tolerance and
immunosuppression.

We, Team C,.. well, we're talking to
everyone outside of America. I recopy
these complaints to the open newsgroups
so that the rest of Earth doesn't think
there's not even 10 sane people left
in America. There *are* 10. Maybe even
20.

To the Editor:

I was quite dismayed to read the article “On Target with vector-borne
infections: Understanding Lyme disease,” which was published in the
May 2010 issue. The article is filled with statements at odds with
international scientifically accepted facts and supports a fringe view
of Lyme's disease that is repudiated by countless published
authorities.

The article headlined a supposed “controversy” that “divides the
medical community.” This overstates the situation in an attempt to
legitimize this fringe view. There is no controversy in the scientific
community. The CDC, UpToDate, and any infectious disease textbook that
one chooses will not describe a controversy. They do acknowledge a
school of thought that is at odds with scientific fact and believe
that, for example, there is such an entity as “chronic Lyme disease”
that often requires long term parenteral antibiotics.

One of the most egregious misstatements in this article appears on
page 25, in the second paragraph: For early disseminated disease a
“positive Lyme disease serology is diagnostic.” This is in stark
contrast with what the CDC states. UpToDate states in several
different places that the diagnosis can never be made on serologic
results only and indeed this notion is responsible for misdiagnosis,
patient labeling, and overtreatment with parenteral antibiotics.

The author did mention that some of these views are not accepted in
the medical mainstream. However, I believe that this article
contributes to misinformation and harmful patient care.

Brian Begley, PA-C
Editor's note: If the Infectious Diseases Society of America can
acknowledge the existence of the controversy over persistent Lyme
disease—and even to use the word controversy, as they do numerous
times in their publications and statements about Lyme disease—it is
reasonable for JAAPA to do this as well. Like all JAAPA review and CME
articles, the Lyme disease article was evaluated by peer reviewers,
revised by the author based on the reviewers' comments, and edited and
fact-checked carefully. We believe that the published result reflects
a responsible and balanced presentation of the various perspectives on
Lyme disease and that readers are intelligent enough to read the
article and form their own conclusions.

Dear Mr Amos,

I have received today numerous emails from you. My staff have also
received a number of phone calls. They have been instructed not to
respond and not to tolerate any abuse.

I would consider further calls and emails harassment and would need to
involve the police. Please stop.

I am concerned from the tone of your emails that you may not be well
at present. Can I strongly urge you to consult with your physician
for a review as soon as possible.

Dear Mr. Amos,

Thank you for your follow up e-mail to me today. I was on days off
over
the holidays and returned to work this evening. Rest assured I was not
ignoring or procrastinating to respond to your concerns.

As your attachment sent today refers from Premier Graham, our position
is clear on your dead calf issue: Our forensic labs do not process
testing on animals in cases such as yours, they are referred to the
Atlantic Veterinary College in Charlottetown who can provide these
services. If you do not choose to utilize their expertise in this
instance, then that is your decision and nothing more can be done.

As for your other concerns regarding the US Government, false
imprisonment and Federal Court Dates in the US, etc... it is clear
that Federal authorities are aware of your concerns both in Canada and
theUS. These issues do not fall into the purvue of Detachment policing
in Petitcodiac, NB.

It was indeed an interesting and informative conversation we had on
December 23rd, and I wish you well in all of your future endeavors.

Both the 'swine flu' HA and NS1 proteins appear to be de novo
recombinants

Alexander S Jones
Sunday May 3rd, 2009 5:45PM EST

BLAST sequence homology of 'swine flu' indicates both the Hemaglutinin
(HA) surface protein as well as the Non-structural (NS1) interferon
inhibition protein are _novel recombinants_ previously unidentified in
nature.

Both these influenza proteins, based on the genetic sequences released
Friday May 1st by the U.S. Centers of Disease Control (CDC), share
their closest genetic identity with turkey (avian) and pig (swine)
strains from multiple continents including North America as well as
Asia. Even the closest matches indicate 5% previously unidentified
genetic material.

I submit this evidence, coupled with the lack of the presence of this
virus at the pig farm near the proposed CDC's "patient zero" (a 5 year
old from La Gloria, 80km away from the pig farm in Perote, Mexico),
shows that the origin of the flu outbreak remains unidentified at this
time, and cannot be ascribed to Mexican or North American swine.

Furthermore, I submit that since 5% of both these influenza A RNA
sequences share no known homology in any public databases (in addition
to the avian/swine hybrid nature of both these critical genes), that
we must seriously consider a laboratory origin for this virus.

Future research that may be promising includes identifying critical
SNPs, especially in the PB2 and the NS1 coding regions which may be
markers for evolution of pathogen virulence, and should be closely
monitored. The hemaglutinin protein should also be monitored for
acquisition of a poly-basic amino acid site which would give the virus
pantrophic properties as in the 1918 pandemic.

Lastly, the authorities must immediately release all sequences
collected from Mexico City, or else throw further doubt on their
increasingly suspicious activities.

I ^^ went to that conference.

It's all amazing, Dave, the deliberate
incompetence and BS we've had to
deal with.

What it took to undo the crime of
"Lyme disease" was the total undoing
of America, altogether.

We were *all* allowed to see that no matter
what the project, endeavor, or dot guv
agency, America is 200% incompetent.

And that will be a good thing for all.

On the so-called pandemic flu, D.C. Wiley
was an expert and was murdered. To me
that says it all:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/11867515

He would have been able to tell us where
this variation came from.
He was murdered in the same way as the
Iraqi Plum Island mycoplasma scientist:

The old "flat-tire" routine.
