I only know from my site statistics
that there is a lot of traffic (from and)
around that AndersonPenisBiter case,
and as regards the reality of "psychiatric"
testimony, like Munchausens
and Shaken baby, which is all
bullshit:
http://www.actionlyme.org/andersonpenisbiter.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/MUNCHAUSENS.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/MCSWEEGAN_AND_MUNCHAUSENS.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/Schoen.htm
(^^^Yale and Steere on Congenital Lyme
and maternal antibodies affecting infants)

DCF is like inadvertant PsyOps for the
corporations. They're too stupid to know
they're being used.

I don't know that. We're talking DCF, here,
where Double Standards is the Rule of Law,
as you know.

This is very big, this case. The State actually
has no brain "experts" of any kind.
Listen to the Gebhardt case, here:
http://www.actionlyme.org/VIKING_INTERVIEWS.htm
Case Number 5:
http://www.actionlyme.org/Gebhardt_06_13_06.ASF

The truth is that the State of Connecticut
does not have any real medical experts,
much less brain experts.

The State of Connecticut can't prove that
the kid did not have intracranial hemorrhage
from vaccination... it could happen up
to a month afterwards (encephalitis from
vaccines).

Indeed, the DCF head-basher could
get off because, indeed, is the
baby dead and buried?

Did the baby have a cracked skull?

This was not reported in the newspapers.

We do not know if the baby had a
cracked skull. We only know that
he had a head injury and the State is
charging Listro with Shaken Baby.

You do not need a cracked skull to
get that false accusation.

The Gephardt case shows that the State
of Connecticut has no such brain experts,
in addition to the obvious Lyme crimes
(Lyme is a permanent brain infection and
really, just plain RELAPSING FEVER)

I really don't think the Blumenthal
lawsuit against Yale and IDSA
really means I am a "dangerously
intelligent chemist, like Ted Kascynski"
do you?

But that kind of outrageous stupidity
is all the State of CT has to offer
as a "forensic expert," LMAO.

Besides, I am an *ANALYTICAL* CHEMIST
which is different from like a synthetic
chemist:
http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets/ac/01/slides/3680s2_11.pdf

ANALYTICAL.

The State of CT does not even have
any kind of expert who even knows
what an analytical chemist is/does,
much less can the State of CT
provide any expertise on Lyme or
brains to the FDA and the NIH.

(The Attorney General did, though,
LMAO.)

Thanks again, Kathleen!

I passed the link/news report information
along to some Family Rights groups and
mentioned the rumor that she might try
that as a defense.

Why not?
The baby was 7 months old.
When DCF kidnaps kids, the always
take them to the doctor to get vaccinated.
The prosecution first said "head injury"
but now they're saying "Shaken baby,"
so clearly she could get away with
a vaccines defense, especially since
she, Listro, claimed that the baby
was sick and throwing up before
he went limp or whatever.

Good case.

I mean, you know. Poor Michael
Brown had to be the sacrificial lamb.
