HALPERIN DOES A 160 (ARTICLE BELOW)

Okay, everyone knows who JJ Halperin is:
http://www.actionlyme.org/080430_RICO_CABAL_CAVES.htm
Halperin is the guy who did the end-run around
the Blumenthal Subpoena and wrote a second set
of Neurology "guidelines" on Lyme, because he
knows Dearborn Lyme:
http://www.actionlyme.org/CRYMEDISEASE_CHP3_B.htm
or
http://www.actionlyme.org/USDOJ_COMPLAINT_RICO.htm
does not detect the JJ Halperin Deadly ALS
cases of Lyme, which then means Halperin, a
supporter of IDSA's bogus Dearborn guidelines
could be charged with homicide.
http://www.actionlyme.org/ALSLYME47.htm
Is ALS deadly?

(I guess only if you're an astrophysicist;
God only knows what's keeping Stephen Hawkings
alive; maybe antibiotics.)

- - - -

Everyone needs to understand this:

Once infected with Borrelia (more virulent than Treponema
pallidum due to more antigens; more plasmids; more hosts;
greater environmental sturdiness), and once chronically
exposed to the shed Pam3Cys antigens with the resultant
B cell mutations:
http://www.actionlyme.org/Duray.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/CHP_9_IDSA_REVIEWS.htm
AutoVaccination with shed Osps, per CDC and NIH Weaponeer
Alan Barbour:
http://www.actionlyme.org/BARBOURS_STEALTH_BOMBERS.htm
[*and* see Mitre.org, since they’re now taking advantage of
this B cell immortalization… that is the result of Epstein-Barr…
that is a result of Pam3Cys induced inhibition of the auto-kill
kinases and other normal immune responses (NF-Kappa), in
order to pharm mutant, immortalized B cells for the production
of antibodies to sell as treatments for weird fungal infections
like Lyme, Tuberculosis, and of course the even weirder HIV]
one then has a variety show of activated infections, such as the
common, normal Kissing Disease (Mononucleosis or Epstein-
Barr), Cytomegalovirus, the HHVs (6-9+), PLUS, now that
you’re tolerized to fungal antigens through the processes of
either chronic Lyme (Osp-shedding) or LYMErix Disease
(Lyme-like illness caused by the plain old regular vaccination
with LYMErix), you’re dealing with fungal infections in the
blood, that lead to Chronic Fatigue (changed osmotic potential
of erythrocytes, which may be carrying enough O2 and Fe, - in
other words, you may feel anemic without the apparent anemia
because while you may have enough O2/Fe, the change in the
osmotic potential of the mycoplasmally infected erythrocyte
membrane does not do what it’s supposed to do; For a graphic
see:
http://www.actionlyme.org/BIOMARKERS2.htm )

So, Chronic Lyme is just the beginning of the variety show
of outcomes, like Epstein-Barr or other virally-associated outcomes
like Bells Palsy.

Or, cancer (many, many people with Lyme end up with
cancer, and many, many people with cancer later find out
they have Lyme- and they always say Lyme is worse, by the
way).

Follow?

Cancer with Lyme from the what?

Tolerance to fungal antigens (again, see Joe Tully in the
Pam3Cys presentations:
http://www.actionlyme.org/Pam3Cys_Version15.htm )

The Lyme crooks do not make these associations for us
because why?

Because they already did in 1989 and Kaiser-Permanente
did not like that:
http://www.actionlyme.org/CHP_9_IDSA_REVIEWS.htm

Now they’re stuck.

Now they’re going to act like “Oh! How Amazing!! WE
DIDN’T KNOW LYME COULD DO THAT!!!!”

So, this article (below) by Halperin most certainly is crap.

Borreliosis is way worse than Syphilis.

First see this next article where they talk about the variety
show of autoimmune outcomes from Borreliosis due to
the variety show of antigens that are NOT in the Treponema
pallidum or Syphilis spirochete:

This is not to mention, of course, the autoimmune outcomes
from the activated infections like Epstein-Barr, Cytomegalovirus,
etc.

When you have Lyme, and you do not get early detection,
you either get well, pretty much on your own, or you are
so very fracken screwed up, the only thing left to do is
plasmaphoresis or have chemotherapy and a bone marrow
transplant.

(See Tully, JG, on that, once again.)

Pathogen specificity and autoimmunity are distinct features of antigen-
driven immune responses in neuroborreliosis.

Neuroborreliosis (NB) is a chronic infectious disease of the central
nervous system (CNS) caused by a tick-borne spirochete, Borrelia
burgdorferi. In addition to direct effects of the causative infectious
agent, additional immunity-mediated mechanisms are thought to play a
role in the CNS pathology of NB. In order to further understand the
involvement of humoral immune mechanisms in NB, we dissected the
intrathecal antibody responses down to the single-plasma-cell level.
Starting with single-cell reverse transcription-PCR of fluorescence-
activated cell sorter-sorted cerebrospinal fluid plasma cells from an
NB patient, we identified expanded clones and resurrected the antigen
specificity of their secreted antibodies through recombinant
expression of the correctly paired immunoglobulin heavy- and light-
chain genes as monoclonal antibodies (MAbs). As expected, we found
specificity for the causative infectious agent, B. burgdorferi, among
the clonally expanded plasma cell (cePC)-derived MAbs. However, from
an independent cePC of the same patient, we could derive MAbs specific
for human CNS myelin, without detectable cross-reactivity with B.
burgdorferi antigens. While reactivity against B. burgdorferi is a
known feature of humoral immune responses in NB, we show (i) that
immune responses specific for self antigens may be a distinct feature
of CNS infections independent of pathogen reactivity and (ii) that
humoral autoimmunity in NB (since found in cePC) is the result of a
truly antigen-driven immune response. Our findings indicate that in NB
mechanisms may be at play that induce distinct immune responses
specific for pathogen and self antigens independent from "molecular
mimicry."

A Tale of Two Spirochetes: Lyme Disease and Syphilis.

Halperin JJ.

Department of Neurology, Madison Avenue, Mount Sinai School of
Medicine, NY,
USA; Department of Neurosciences, Overlook Hospital, 99 Beauvoir
Avenue, Summit,
NJ 07902, USA.

Only two spirochetal infections are known to cause nervous system
infection and
damage: neurosyphilis and neuroborreliosis (nervous system Lyme
disease).
Diagnosis of both generally relies on indirect tools, primarily
assessment of
the host immune response to the organism. Reliance on these indirect
measures
poses some challenges, particularly as they are imperfect measures of
treatment
response. Despite this, both infections are known to be readily
curable with
straightforward antimicrobial regimens. The challenge is that,
untreated, both
infections can cause progressive nervous system damage. Although this
can be
microbiologically cured, the threat of permanent resultant neurologic
damage, often severe in neurosyphilis and usually less so in
neuroborreliosis, leads to considerable concern and emphasizes the
need for prevention or early and accurate diagnosis and treatment.
