Subject: David Volkman calls IDSociety.org on their Lyme bullshit

The 2001 and the 2006 IDSA "Lyme Disease" "Guidelines"
reinforce the first crime, which was Dearborn/OspA.

IDSA is afraid of the legal repercussions of the
first bogus OspA trials. In other words, the
"disease" "definition" had to fit the "definition"
of the "product."

The "product" being the "definition," is "hypersensitivity
to Borrelial antigens" as shown in the RICO complaint:
http://www.actionlyme.org/USDOJ_COMPLAINT_RICO.htm
^^^On the right, the series of Western Blot panels show
that the new, Steere, Dearborn definition of "Lyme
Disease" is "HLA-related hypersensitivity to Borrelial
antigens, especially OspA."
This is confirmed in the CDC staff members European
patents (1992) with SmithKline:
http://www.actionlyme.org/CDCS_PARTICIPATION_IN_LYME_CRIMES.htm

ERGO, "Lyme Disease" is actually trademarked by Allen
Steere, Corixa, and Imugen, because they own and work
with the NEW, 1994, Dearborn definition of "Lyme Disease,"
where OspA was left out of the diagnostic standard, and
one is only allowed to have an allegedly autoimmune
knee disease:
http://www.actionlyme.org/CORIXARICO.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/CRYMEDISEASE_CHP3_B.htm
http://www.actionlyme.org/UCONN_NO_HOSPITAL.htm

All of this controversy over treatment costs
could be alleviated if MDs simply diagnosed
"Relapsing Fever."
http://www.icd9data.com/2009/Volume1/001-139/080-088/087/087.1.htm
Nobody owns that disease yet, to my knowledge.

And the last comprehensive US Explainer was published
in 1975 with this conference:
http://www.actionlyme.org/Biology_of_Parasitic_Spirochetes1976.htm
"The ability of the borrelia, especially tick-borne strains to persist
in the brain and in the eye after treatment with arsenic or with
penicillin or even after apparent cure is well known (1). The
persistence of treponemes after treatment of syphilis is a major area
which currently requires additional study (3,5,10,11)." -Jay
Sanford, US Military Hospital, Bethesda, MD

The crime took place in 1990-1994, when Kaiser
took over NYMC and made a deal with the patent
profiteers:
http://www.actionlyme.org/CRYME_DISEASE.htm
They called themselves the ALDF.com, the
"American Lyme Disease Foundation."

I agree that this report by Volkman looks like
it could be used in the federal indictment. Nowhere
in USA law does it say anyone can *OWN* a disease.

People can own DNA, but no one is allowed to
own a disease. In this case, Kaiser and the
Patenteers own all fall out and all diseases
that result from tick attachments.

That happened in 1990, with the establishment
of this bullshit non-profit, the www.ALDF.com
Then, in 1992, Steere went to Europe:
http://www.actionlyme.org/STEERE_IN_EUROPE.htm
^^^if you haven't see the full reports where OspA
and B were dropped from the standard using
recombinant proteins without the normal
superimmunostimulatory lipids attached
and illegal "high-passage" strains.

The CDC has to come up with an REAL explanation
for why they said nothing - and they try to in
Volkman's full-text, .pdf reply to IDSA's
"guidelines" bullshit - for why they simply let
Allen Steere, one of their own officers, conduct
this crazy strains game bullshit. Here, in
Volkman's report, they basically say, "Oh, we
have no control over what researchers do," but
the fact of the matter is CDC's Paul Mead LIED
to AG Blumenthal in 2004 and said he would
change the CDC's website on the testing
definitions:
http://www.actionlyme.org/LymeFraudShort.htm

Here is the previous CDC standard:
http://www.actionlyme.org/CDC_DOCUMENTS_1990.htm
^^^It defines Lyme as Relapsing Fever.
