Subject: Lyme.org Action Item to Expose the Corruption (May 13, 2009)

Date: May 10, 2009 5:52 PM

You should say that you want a US Department
of Justice investigation into what happened
at Dearborn, because everything the ALDF.com
said after that (vaccines and guidelines) were
based on this hoax.

And you can also say that Yale developed
and validated a method to detect Lyme in
1991, patented in 1993, but this test - VALID
ACCORDING TO THE FDA's RULES for the VALIDATION
OF ANALYTICAL METHODS - has never been deployed.
http://www.actionlyme.org/CENTRAL_LYME_RICO_PATENTS.htm
Yale's Flagellin Method:
http://patft1.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=%2Fnetahtml%2FPTO%2Fsrchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=5618533.PN.&OS=PN/5618533&RS=PN/5618533

This will stand up in court. Yale cannot
deny that this is a validation and that it
detects 94.4% of all cases of Lyme (late and
early).

Fax and email your desire for ***an investigation
by the USDOJ*** to follow up on the Blumenthal Antitrust
lawsuit:
http://www.actionlyme.org/080430_RICO_CABAL_CAVES.htm

THAT IS, we want IDSA to turn over all their own
self-incriminating data to the USDOJ, as well
have the USDOJ prosecute participants of the
Dearborn Conference (False Claims):
http://www.actionlyme.org/Dearborn_Who_Approved.htm
Especially Allen Steere, Alan Barbour, Edward McSweegan
and Arthur Weinstein.

If you consider yourself a Lyme victim, but have
never performed an ActionItem, now is the time.

No more bills, no more legislation. The RICO
and Qui Tam laws (FRAUD UPON THE GOVERNMENT) are
already written.

If the laws are already written, we need no more
legislation or bills.

[RULE: Whatever Pat Smith
http://www.lymediseaseassociation.org
says to do, do the opposite.
She will no doubt tell everyone why they should
not perform this actionitem, since her job is to
obstruct the resolution of this crime
so that people remain miserable.]

LDF IMMEDIATE ALERT: DEADLINE 5/13/09 5pm
Once-in-a-Lifetime Opportunity to Expose & Fix the Government's
Corruption in its Tick-borne Disease Policy & Programs!

May 9, 2009
Dear Friends:

YOU have the opportunity to take what could be the MOST IMPORTANT
actions in the history of Lyme disease! President Obama is changing
how the government operates and is interested in your input! Please
respond this week! We can now get at the source of what many feel is
the corruption involving science and Lyme disease. Your actions are
immediately required in order to inform the President and his new
Cabinet the serious conflicts and scientific misstatements that exist
as a result of actions by various government agencies and grantees.
Both agencies listed below are within the Executive Office of the
President (independent of NIH, CDC, or FDA) and are developing new
policy based on public input. You must act now! Do NOT share your
personal response on the internet or with any organization. Anyone
submitting information to the IDSA, should Federal Express a copy of
the material to these two areas.

The two opportunities listed below eclipse any federal or state
hearing, bill, investigations, as well as any documentaries, books, or
research programs. While time is short, I am attempting to get this
notice out as far and wide as possible. Please call or email everyone
you know that wants to provide input into how the healthcare system
has failed them and their disease and what needs to change. Our
community should have an overwhelming response in order to establish
Lyme disease issues as a major priority for the President's ethical
advisor.

I. Office of Science and Technology Policy - deadline 5/13/09
On March 9, 2009, President Obama issued a memorandum asking for the
public's input into his new overall policy framework to insure
Scientific Integrity in all government actions. He has charged John
Holdren, Director, Office of Science and Technology Policy, with the
task of developing recommendations to be presented to the President.
In his memo, President Obama stated, "[T]he public must be able to
trust the science and scientific process informing public policy
decisions[]" and that "[i]f scientific and technological information
is developed and used by the Federal Government, it should ordinarily
be made available to the public." (see
http://www.whitehouse.gov/the_press_office/Memorandum-for-the-Heads-of-Executive-Departments-and-Agencies-3-9-09)9)9/
Then, President Obama directed the Director of the Office of Science
and Technology Policy, John Holdren, to develop recommendations for
Presidential action. Those recommendations should guarantee scientific
integrity throughout the executive branch and are based on 6 basic
principles, which are listed below.
Please repond ASAP!! Deadline: May 13, 2009, 5pm.

Policy, Attn: Scientific Integrity Recommendations, 725 17th Street,

o Response Format Requested by the Office:
1. Be as succinct as possible (1000 words or less recommended);
2. Explain your views and reasoning clearly.
3. Describe how the success of particular strategies might be
evaluated or measured.
4. State the specific implementing strategies
5. Provide a few sheets of data and empirical evidence related to the
effectiveness of strategies to promote scientific integrity.
6. Respond clearly to the question underneath the appropriate
Principle.

Scientific Principles outlined by President Obama
(a) The selection and retention of candidates for science and
technology positions in the executive branch should be based on the
candidate's [1] knowledge, [2] credentials, [3] experience, and [4]
integrity;
Q. What are the best metrics for the four listed criteria?
(b) Each agency should have appropriate rules and procedures to ensure
the integrity of the scientific process within the agency
Q. How can the integrity of scientific processes be assured? What are
some good examples to learn from?
(c) When scientific or technological information is considered in
policy decisions, the information should be subject to well-
established scientific processes, including peer review where
appropriate, and each agency should appropriately and accurately
reflect that information in complying with and applying relevant
statutory standards
Q. What are the most effective processes and organizational structures
for assuring that scientific and technological information is
reliable? How can the processes and structures used in each case best
be disclosed as part of the public record?
(d) Except for information that is properly restricted from disclosure
under procedures established in accordance with statute, regulation,
Executive Order, or Presidential Memorandum, each agency should make
available to the public the scientific or technological findings or
conclusions considered or relied on in policy decisions;
Q. What are the best ways to maximize the legitimate public release of
scientific and technological information relied upon by agencies?
(e). Each agency should have in place procedures to identify and
address instances in which the scientific process or the integrity of
scientific and technological information may be compromised
Q. How can agencies best ensure that they will know when scientific or
technological integrity has been compromised?
(f) Each agency should adopt such additional procedures, including any
appropriate whistleblower protections, as are necessary to ensure the
integrity of scientific and technological information and processes on
which the agency relies in its decision making or otherwise uses or
prepares.
Q. What are the best ways to make sure that the science and technology
an agency relies on is reliable?

II. Office of Budget and Management - You need to respond right now.
In addition, on Jan. 21, 2009, President Obama requested that the
Director of the Office of Budget and Management develop
recommendations for an "Open Government Directive" within 120 days.
That time is almost up. President Obama stated that government should
be transparent, participatory, and collaborative." Please let this
office know of your experiences and recommendations for change.
See: http://www.whitehouse.gov/the_press_office/Transparency_and_Open_Government/)
Mail: Mr. Peter Orszag, Director, Executive Office of the President,
Office of Management and Budget, 725 17th Street, NW, Washington, DC
20503.
Fax: 202-395-3888 Phone: 202-395-3080

All efforts at finding a perfect test, funding research into cures, or
protecting a doctor's right to treat come down to finding someone in
the government interested in making a fundamental change. Right now,
President Obama is listening and is serious about making real change.
Please take this time to provide him and his employees with your
input.

Sincerely,

Karen Vanderhoof-Forschner
