Why would the "winner" spend more time and money appealing the recent
decision if the
"winner" "won"?
The LDF never sued.
Therefore, it is not appealing.
I suspect you know this.
I understand the other side just lost another appeal.

Maybe he does not want to use his real name because you people are out of
control posting personal info (profiles) of AOL members who do not agree with
your views. I have seen it done many times in the last month on this newsgroup,
and if Anon or who ever he is does not want to use his real name its his
choice.

I wanted to find out for myself what the deal was. It is not uncommon to
make errors when it comes to procedural things. But I searched the web, and
could only find old information on the case. And I think I read all the
recent posts about it, but I couldn't find an actual decision any where.
