=============
The Original Standard for Lyme was empirically derived by Allen Steere
and
reflected Lyme as a relapsing fever borreliosis:
http://actionlyme.org/Steere_The%20Original_Serodiagnosis.htm
Changing and expanding IgM and IgG antibodies Allen Steere thought was
evidence
of a continuing infection.

All Borreliae are brain and nerve tropic. All tick borne spirochetes
are
borreliae.
http://actionlyme.org/LYME_IS_A_PERMANENT_BRAIN_INFECTION.htm

The CDC adopted Allen Steere's 1986 method (above) in 1990.
http://actionlyme.org/CDC_DOCUMENTS_1990.htm

The CDC organized a bogus conference called the Dearborn conference in
1994
fraudulently changing the definition and diagnosis of Lyme to that of
an
inflammatory disease, Lyme arthritis, for which, Allen Steere's new but

imaginary method was invented out of thin air by this psychopath in
Germany in
1993.

No one agreed with Steere at Dearborn, yet we got this bogus standard
anyway:
http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets/ac/01/slides/3680s2_11.pdf

One year after CDC published that Lyme borreliosis should be Lyme
borreliosis- a
relapsing fever borreliosis transmitted by a North American hard-bodied
tick
instead of the usual soft bodied African tick [hypothesize all you want
about
how it happened that sea birds from Africa blew directly to New England
instead
of Florida (yeahright), or take an educated guess about Plum Island],
Yale
perfected the flagellin method. That is, everyone agreed that band 41
or
flagellin could be found to be specific, if there was a region that did
not
overlap with other flagellins, and Yale applied for a patent for that
method in
1993:
Here's the Yale test:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=1894359&query_hl=1&itool=pubmed_docsum
Here's the Yale patent claim for the accuracy and specificity of that
test:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=/netahtml/srchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=5618533.WKU.&OS=PN/5618533&RS=PN/5618533

In 1994 Yale appied for a patent for OspA, and before the Dearborn
conference
took place. That patent is 5, 747,294. Here is Yale's LYMErix patent:
http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=/netahtml/srchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=5747294.WKU.&OS=PN/5747294&RS=PN/5747294

Four days after applying for the patent, Yale sent for publication (Oct
11,
1994) an article explaining how OspA or their LYMErix vaccine would not
work and
in fact, made Lyme infection expand in ticks:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=7729870&query_hl=3&itool=pubmed_docsum

Ignoring all the adverse events and lying to patients and the FDA about
adverse
events to LYMErix, of which we knew there were 400 unreported adverse
*neurological* events, Yale falsely reported that they had a vaccine to
the FDA.
http://actionlyme.org/Bull_Lewis.htm in some cases clearly laughing
patients
out of their offices, telling them, "Ha, Ha, aren't we all getting
old..."

In 1998, before the FDA "approved" the bogus LYMErix vaccine- because
they got
bogus data - Daniel Rahn and Janine Evans (Yale) published in a book,
instruction to MDs not to run any tests on LYMErix injured people.
(Just give
them the Lewis Bull Treatment.)

That book is entitled "Lyme Disease, ACP Key Diseases Series," and a
cpoy of the
book sits in the incompetent Rowlandgate US Attorney Kevin O'Connor's
office
collecting dust, and O'Connor ignores the motion to produce copies of
the pages
in the text book, which describe these instructions to MDs to blow off
LYMErix
injured persons, however you can believe it exists and they would go
that far,
because it is the same textbook in which the DIAGNOSE MUNCHAUSENS
instructions
are:
http://actionlyme.org/MUNCHAUSENS.htm
http://actionlyme.org/MOTION_TO_COMPEL.htm
>From the RICO complaint data:
http://actionlyme.org/USDOJ_COMPLAINT_RICO.htm

We are still stuck with the bogus CDC standard in which CDC and the
others in
this cabal insist Lyme is a knee disease, despite Yale performing the
autopsy on
an infant and discovering that the baby died from the brain damage from
the
congenital Lyme infection, making it 100% logical for Yale to, in 1991,
develop
a specific and early test for Lyme:
http://actionlyme.org/Congenital_Brain_Infection_of_Newborn_Resulting_in_Death.htm

Mark Klempner originally reported that borrelia were resistant to
ceftriaxone
and caused neurodegeneration and cognitive impairments:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query.fcgi?cmd=Retrieve&db=pubmed&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=1634816&query_hl=15&itool=pubmed_docsum
http://actionlyme.org/Retro_Klempnerization.htm

Later he reported that Lyme was imaginary, and people who claimed they
had Lyme
were imagining their illness, and that there were no objective signs of
illness
in the very same people he found his famous MMP130s, the Klempner
Neuroborreliosis Specific Nerve Degrading Enzyme.

For his participating in these frauds, Klempner was rewarded with a new
CDC
Bioweapons Level 4 lab in Boston. There is no need to be frightened of
new ALDF
websites. Be afraid of incompetent Rowlandgate US Attorneys.

Facts are facts and sleaze is sleaze and accountability *WILL* happen.

For those who have read elsewhere that there is a new Lyme website
out there...............

The one that is supposedly at http://www.lyme-disease-research-
database.com/lyme_disease.html

The one that requires you to pay a fee of $19.95 and promises to keep
you better informed with special stuff...............and you list
your information in order to sign up............

*****BE AWARE*****

I understand by the GrapeVine, that this is an ALDF Site.
