Plenty.

Depends on the tumor stage, but generally its
chemotherapy, then radiotherapy.
At any reputable oncology center.

I have many patients who have survived nonsmall cell cancer of the lung.
The likelihood of survival is closely correlated with stage. Patients
with early stage have a higher survival rate than patients with advanced
stage. But even with relatively advanced stage (for example St. III), a
substantial percentage are prolonged survivors (and are considered
cured) with a combination of chemo and radiotherapy.
