Can anyone Rec a great Dr. for extensive bridge cosmetic work in NC or VA??

work in North Carolina or Virginia? I have an 8 teeth bridge that I
have had for almost 18 years and I think it needs to be removed. I
contacted a few top Dr.s in the country and they all charge 5k per
tooth. I can't afford 40k to have my smile redone. So I need to find
someone who does fantastic work and that I can swing financially.

5k per tooth...yikes!!!...sounds like the only thing they are "top" at is
price. The "top" dentists are usually the best at self promotion, not care.
Ask people you trust for their recommendations.
I know someone in Richmond is who is honest, quite skilled, and will charge
a lot less than 5K per tooth. Is that near you?

YES...Richmond would be close enough to call local - 3 hours away. I
am willing to take all rec and do some homework before I plunk down
this kind of money. We are military and certainly not wealthy folk -
and darn Tricare doesn't cover a dime.
Please share the doc you mentioned. I'm not sure if I should go to a
specialist because of how extensive this bridge is or just a very good
general cosmetic dentist. Any thoughts to this anyone?
