i'm 29, and I just chipped my lower left incisor, which left a gap in the back, the size of a triangle. There's No pain. What should I do? If I leave it alone, is there a chance it'll grow back?

What to do depends on the size of the chip, the location, how rough it is, what it looks like, etc. If the fracture hasn't gone through to the dentin and there is no significant cosmetic defect and the tooth isn't sensitive, I will sometimes just smooth the chipped area with an abrasive stone. If it is into the dentin or is a cosmetic problem, I will generally do a bonded resin restoration. No, it won't grow back--sorry.

Your teeth will not grow back. If you go see a dentist, he can replace the chipped area of the tooth with a tooth-like plastic material so that the edges aren't sharp, and so that it looks like the entire thing is there.
