When half or more of a population is susceptible, the susceptibility
is by definition "normal."

Bottomline: Metabolic syndrome (MetS) and end-stage MetS (type-2
diabetes) are acquired conditions that arise from visceral adipose
tissue (VAT) that invariably comes from overeating.

The overeating that causes the VAT is the sin of gluttony as described
in the Bible.

Yes.

Eating more than 2 lbs of food per day.

> If I overeat on one meal am I sinning?

Depends on how much you are eating per day.

"Stop sinning." -- LORD Jesus Christ to the sinner.

Sumo wrestlers are bound for Hell? Or does the salt keep the demons at
bay?

Fuck! You're stupid, Earthquack.

There is no such thing as either fortunately or unfortunately when
everything that the world would attribute to chance is by GOD
(Proverbs 16:33).

It remains my choice to refrain from sinning.

> , Andrew can't afford to do that...

Actually, it costs nothing to make this wise choice.

This victory belongs to GOD whom I love with all my heart, soul, mind,
and strength:

Fear GOD and dread nothing (including diabetes) that is of this world:

Your consolation prize is eternal life if you choose to surrender to
HIM:

May you choose wisely at these crossroads in your life:

May GOD continue to heal our hearts with HIS living water curing our
diabetes, depression, anxiety, or panic dear neighbor Paul whom I love
unconditionally.

Prayerfully in Christ's amazing love,

As for knowing who are the very elect, these you will know by the
unconditional love they have for everyone including their enemies
(Matthew 5:44-45, 1 Corinthians 13:3, James 2:14-17).
