Yes.

Feeling very tired is not good.

It is possible you have suffered a silent heart attack.

Would suggest you call 911 to have the paramedics evaluate you ASAP.

Meanwhile, may we, who are Christians, pray for you, in Jesus' name.

Prayerfully in the infinite power and might of the Holy Spirit,

(1) The evaluating physician in the ER is typically an emergency
medicine physician rather than an attending (admitting) physician.
Moreover "icar" may not even see an attending physician if the
evaluating ER physician deems it not medically necessary to admit him
for acute inpatient hospital care.

(2) It seems you still like to pretend that you are a doctor:

May dear neighbors, friends, and brethren have a blessedly wonderful

Hunger is wonderful:

It's how we know what GOD wants, which is what is good.

Yes, hunger is our knowledge of good versus evil that Adam and Eve
paid for with their and our immortal lives.

Those who suffer from the powerful delusion predicted by the prophecy
of 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11 would deny this and perish ( gone !!! )

Well it's better that what YOU DO!!! Spouting Anorexia and Jesus shit
thoughout the Web!!

His cardiology MD is worth shit. No one is going to go to him just because
of his Jesus and Anorexia bullshit.

And his Ph.D. is worth shit because he surely CANNOT get the peer group to
approve whatever he is putting in for.

So he denigrates his MD and he shits on his Ph.D.

He has NOTHING in this world!!!

No, I am not a physician but what you are stating is spoken only in
half-truths. That's assuming he goes to a teaching hospital of some sort,
which a lot of people do for emergencies. In that case, you are right, he
may not see an actual attending physician, or, he may! However, even more
people end up in regular old ER's where all doctors function as "attendings"
in some respect.

My father was a Radiologist but he actually had a practice for 35 years and
oh yeah, actually went to work and looked at a few films! As I said, I'm no
doc but have been to the ER for chest pain a few times and have seen the
attending physician twice (in a teaching hospital.) However, if I were a
doctor, I sure as hell wouldn't be sitting on my ass (especially if I had
kids) doing nothing! Get a job, Chung.

Planning for your high seas adventure yet, Chung? I was actually going to
leave you alone but now that you've managed to insult me (and at least 300
other people this weekend for no reason) I'll be hanging around to keep an
eye on you, Andy boy. Now get your narrow arse in shape for that long row
across the sea!
