May dear neighbors, friends, and brethren have a blessedly wonderful
2008th year since the birth of our LORD Jesus Christ as the Son of
Man ...

... by being hungrier:

http://TruthRUS.org/KnowingGOD

Hunger is wonderful:

http://HeartMDPhD.com/Hunger

It's how we know what GOD wants, which is what is good.

Yes, hunger is our knowledge of good versus evil that Adam and Eve
paid for with their and our immortal lives.

Those who suffer from the powerful delusion predicted by the prophecy
of 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11 would deny this and perish ( gone !!! )
forever ...

Such will be the demise of all those who refuse to know **and** love
the truth, Who is LORD Jesus Christ:

Be hungry... be healthy... be hungrier... be blessed:

http://HeartMDPhD.com/HolySpirit/BeBlessed

"Blessed are you who hunger NOW...

... for you will be satisfied." -- LORD Jesus Christ (Luke 6:21)

Amen.

ABC News SIMON MCGREGOR-WOOD JERUSALEM, March 5, 2008

Moses and the Israelites were on drugs, says Benny Shanon, an Israeli
professor of cognitive philosophy.

Writing in the British Journal Time and Mind, he claims Moses was
probably on psychedelic drugs when he received the Ten Commandments
from God.

The assertions give a whole new meaning to Moses being "high" on
Mount
Sinai.

According to Shanon, a professor at Hebrew University, two naturally
existing plants in the Sinai Peninsula have the same psychoactive
components as ones found in the Amazon jungle and are well-known for
their mind-altering capabilities. The drugs are usually combined in a
drink called ayahuasca.

"As far as Moses on Mount Sinai is concerned, it was either a
supernatural cosmic event, which I don't believe, or a legend, which
I
don't believe either, or finally, and this is very probable, an event
that joined Moses and the people of Israel under the effects of
narcotics," he told Israel Radio in an interview Tuesday.
The description in The Book of Exodus of thunder, lightening and a
blaring trumpet, according to Shanon, are the classic imaginings of
people under the influence of drugs.

As for the vision of the burning bush, well obviously that too was a
drug-fueled hallucination, according to Shanon.

"In advanced forms of ayahuasca inebriation," he wrote, "the seeing
of
light is accompanied by profound religious and spiritual feelings."
Shanon admits he took some of these drugs while in the Amazon in
1991.
"I experienced visions that had spiritual-religious connotations," he
said.

The initial reaction to this controversial theory from Israel's
religiously orthodox community and the powerful rabbis who lead it
was
less than enthusiastic.

Orthodox rabbi Yuval Sherlow, quoted by Reuters speaking on Israel
radio, said: "The Bible is trying to convey a very profound event. We
have to fear not for the fate of the biblical Moses, but for the fate
of science."

Seems not much changes, so hard to call it a daily thought when it is
not new.

It seems that some are naive enough to think if they repeat the same
thing enough times it will become truer. If it is that evident, it
should not need repetition.

Not only are the thoughts the same day after day, but so are the
responses. It is really hard, thought not impossible, to believe that
Tweedle-Dummy is naive or stupid enough to believe repetition makes it
right. On the plus side, everyone knows that there is no sense in
clicking on the links or reading the same stuff over and over.
Tweedle-Dummy is like the rat in a cage and running on a wheel and
thinking he is going somewhere.

Well, if "satan" is so dumb, why do you feel compelled to reply to
him?

Numerous religions use mind altering drugs to conjure what they think
are "religious" feelings, thoughts, images.

There's nothing bizarre in thinking that the ludicrous images and
nonsense that shamans wrote into the OT didn't have origins in drug
induced halucinations.

Many people who take LSD report having mystical experiences.

You, chunkers, write all kinds nonsense in these newsgroups that could
be drug induced, but are probably sourced from sputtering synapses in
your schizophrenic mind.
