Do you buy food from the grocery stores and super markets?
Do you eat peanut butter or large brand names baked Goods like
Cookies and pies and nuts.
If you read the labels some will say they may use Canola oils.
In peanut butter it calls it by name rapesseed oil.
Well that is where you may be getting your transfats from
It is this transfaty acid that plugs up your Vascular system
and starves your organs of oxygen sooner or later.
In humans it is called "Brain waiting disease but it acts like
a Blood clot but it can not be desolved by most medical treatments.
