58 Percent Reduced Diabetes Risk Reducing Weight and Exercising

A study carried out by the Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) Research
Group reveals that overweight people can reduce the risk of developing
Type 2 diabetes by 58 percent by reducing their weight combined with
an exercise program.
