Has Capt. Ron called you Nagler?

I came across literally hundreds of posts by a Capt. Ron, a former
patient of yours on google.

His phone number was conveniently available in many of the posts on
google.

I gave him a call. Very nice person.

He has informed me of what a quack, and (in his own words) 'complete
Asshole you are'. He tells me that you used to run a scam tinnitus
clinic out of Atlanta. And that he has previously reported you to the
Georgia State Medical Board a number of times.

I let him know what has been going on here on this particular
newsgroup. How you have relentlessly harrassed Dr. Chung and many
others here.

He has vowed to team up with Dr. Chung to have you either stopped, or
commited to a psychiatric institution for the help you so desperately
need.

Please let us know if you will stop your harassment of people here,
and seek the help you need?

Capt. Ron just called me about an hour ago.

He told me that he has spoken with Stephen Nagler, and Stephen has
agreed that if he stays off this newsgroup... AND all other
newsgroups... in the future, that Dr. Chung and Capt. Ron would not
continue to pursue legal action against him for internet stalking &
harassment.

He has also agreed to make a public apology here for his stalking and
harassment of Dr. Chung and others.

....................

What I agreed to with Capt. Ron was to leave usenet - this newsgroup
and all other newsgroups - provided that:

1) Neither Ron nor Dr. Chung pursure any legal action against me.
2) Neither Ron nor Dr. Chung file any more complaints with the police
or the medical board (including HIPAA)
3) Neither Ron nor Dr. Chung refer to me in any of their future
usenet posts
4) Ron discontinues calling me at home because it disturbs our
household and frightens my children

Under those circumstances I will leave Usenet. Forever.

Although it was not part of our agreement, in the spirit of shalom
bayit ("peace in the house"), I unconditionally apologize to Dr. Chung
and to anybody else if any of my posts have caused them either
personal or professional discomfort or embarrassment.

This will be my last usenet post - assuming that Ron and Dr. Chung
keep their part of the agreement.

I'm sure that Dr. Chung will NO LONGER MENTION your name. AND, he WILL
remove your name from his "FAQ" as long as you dissapear from usenet
"support groups"

However, History has proven you a blatant liar on the internet.

This is your last chance according to Capt. Ron.

Capt. Ron has informed me that you are likely to be back in short
order.

Let's hope that this time he is wrong?

Might I strongly suggest that you refrain from even contemplating it.

Otherwise, both Capt.Ron & Dr. Chung, AND a host of possible others,
will be filing a joint lawsuit against you for your repugnant &
disgusting behavior on the internet as a 'licensed' MD .

Captain Ron now runs a Florida tinnitus clinic. His therapy is a bit
unconventional, but right in line with his personal philosophy of
causing maximum damage. For a fee, he will stick your head in one of
his pirate cannons, then boom, no more tinnitus! Captain Ron is
available now for consultations. His method is so successful, that
the US military is now employing his technique to treat the tinnitus
afflicted prisoners at Abu Ghurayb Prison in Iraq.

this is about people truly stalking people in real life..... not the version
of replying to a newsgroup post that Andie calls cyber stalking

Capt. Ron has threatened Stephen Nagler and his family and as a result he
has left the newsgroup entirely

Mu_lch is just another school yard bully to add to the harassment of Stephen
Nagler

see, here you either agree 100% with Andie (Andrew Chung) or you end up
being bullied out of the newsgroup

hope this clarifies the situation for you

In Chung's case, it's "let lying dogs lie."

He remains in my prayers to God in Christ's name as does BP (Bob "Lying

May either or both accept Christ as their personal Lord and Savior,
someday, so that they might be cured of their afflictions.

Speaking of lying, I bet Chung has forgotten his promise not to
mention Stephen in return for Stephen's leaving the group. I know how
it must be with such a busy cardiotrician with so many patients that
he can hardly spend hours each day online. It's like that when you go
to heartology school, you know.

So every time he posts his hilarious FAQ, he lies. And every time he
quotes himself by reposting it, he lies. Dr. Andrew B. Chung is a
liar. He proves it anew every day.

Chung's lies are as easy as every day.

Poor Chung can't seem to get me out of his mind. Twice in this thread
today he has felt the need to mention me - two out of two. Sad little
buffoon is probably still smarting from the verbal spanking he got
yesterday.

Probably be a better use of his time to try to get past his fixations.
Maybe pray for himself to be given the talent to write better, more
rational imagery, avoid those schoolyard naming games, and simply get
over his too-obvious infirmities. Maybe also ask for a better command
of English.

It's uproariously funny that merryandrew is another name for a clown.
All together now... <LOL> Clown, of course, means fool. Closed circle.

Truth does tend to have this effect on the untruthful.

Simply look at poor Bob <LOL> Pastorio talking to himself in the corner over there
wearing the (this one) dunce cap. We have another corner over there for Tiger Lilly
when/if she returns. Another for Stephen. Yet another for Smoke. And another for
Listener and for Fox. Despite themselves, they remain blessings because visitors
will be able to see right away that indeed Christ is "the truth, the way, and the
life" thereby glorifying Him.

May they accept Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, someday, so that they too
will be able to love their enemies as much as they love themselves for it is only
then will they have eternal life and the infinite riches of His everlasting kingdom.

Servant to the humblest person in the universe,

Andrew

If I pay attention to your methods, I'll learn nothing at all, except
negative examples to avoid. Do you think your twisting of the meaning
of Fox's words fooled anyone, especially since we are dealing in
written communication? It is patently obvious what he meant, so your
attempted "deflection" was also patently obvious, and therefore
ineffective.

^Then we will count on you to point out what is obvious.

And we will count on you to be profoundly ineffective as well as

^Another job well done, Abel.

Forgive me if I don't return the compliment.
