Steiner Ellipsoid for Hexahedron

It is argued in this article that a "Steiner Ellipsoid" can always be
associated with a Hexahedron. To be precise it is the CircumEllipsoid
of the dual polyhedron of that hexahedron, which is an Octahedron.
